How long until it ships?
Every pad is printed to order in our Michigan shop. Production runs about 3 weeks or less, then ships out with tracking. We ship worldwide to almost every country.
Can I put my own design on it?
Yes — that's our whole thing. Hit "Build a custom pad" to upload your own image and we'll handle the rest.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry flat. Don't machine dry.
What's your return policy?
Because each pad is custom-printed on demand, returns are handled case-by-case. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email customercare@altcustoms.com and we'll make it right.
