Keyboard not working right?
99% of issues are fixed by these steps, in order.
- Factory reset: FN + Space on the 2026 T60 Pro, or FN + ESC on older boards.
- Make sure you're in the right mode, Bluetooth or USB-C.
- Check the USB cable is fully plugged into your computer.
- Try a different USB port on your PC.
- Restart your computer.
- Still not right? Try the keyboard on another computer.
